Police Thursday seized two firearms and other weapons when they raided the Indio home of a male reputed gang member on parole and a woman accused of an attempted murder in Coachella.
Adrian Singleterry, 31, and April Singleterry, 18, were arrested after deputies served a search warrant at 6 a.m. at a home in the 43500 block of Smurr Street in Indio, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Weapons used in the assault allegedly carried out by the pair on Tuesday were found in the home and seized, authorities said.
Authorities did not provide further details about the assault. The relationship between the suspects was not immediately known.
Adrian was booked into the John Benoit Detention Center on suspicion of attempted homicide, conspiracy to commit attempted homicide, being a felon in possession of a firearm and violating the terms of his parole. He remained jailed without bail.
April was booked into the John Benoit Detention Center on suspicion of attempted homicide, conspiracy to commit attempted homicide and aiding in a felony after the fact. She remained behind bars in lieu of $1 million bail.
