Officers found a man dying from a gunshot wound in an alley in Santa Ana Sunday.
Police were dispatched a little after 2 a.m. to an alley behind 923 S. Standard Ave., and found Raul Rios, 26, suffering from a gunshot wound, the Santa Ana Police Department reported.
Paramedics rushed Rios to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:19 a.m.
The shooting was just northwest of the intersection of Grand and McFadden avenues.
