Long Beach police sought public help Tuesday to find a second suspect in the recent killings of two men during a confrontation in a liquor store, and they were also seeking the man’s girlfriend as a “person of interest” in the case.
The killings occurred Oct. 10 at the business at Anaheim Street and Walnut Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported. Danny Bunthung, 21, and Dallas Som, 22, both of Long Beach were killed and two other men were wounded.
The crime apparently involved a dispute inside the business that escalated into a shooting, police said.
On Oct. 26, Morris Om, 30, of Long Beach, was arrested and booked on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
The suspect being sought was identified as Long Beach resident Savanna Sok, 30, described as being of Cambodian descent, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police released photos of Sok, who is wanted on a no-bail warrant for murder and attempt murder; and of his girlfriend, whose name is not known.

“Detectives believe the couple may have fled to the San Bernardino/Redlands area,” according to the LBPD.
After Om’s arrest on Oct. 26, police served a search warrant at a residence in Long Beach and arrested 27-year-old Tiffany Som, who is not related to victim Dallas Som. She was booked on suspicion of being an accessory to murder.
Also arrested that day in San Bernardino County was Brenda Sok, 24, of Redlands, who is Savanna Sok’s sister. She was booked on suspicion of being an accessory to murder.
On Monday, the case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, with police saying Savanna Sok and Morris Om were each charged with murder and attempted murder. Sok was being sought on a no-bail warrant. Om was held without bail.
Tiffany Som was charged with being an accessory to murder and was held on $1.4 million bail, police said. Brenda Sok was charged with being an accessory to murder and was held on $1 million bail.
