Police sought the public’s help Thursday to find an attempted murder suspect responsible for stabbing a female victim last year.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 900 block of East Broadway on Jan. 30, 2022, around 11:50 a.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department.
A female victim was discovered with stab wounds to her upper body upon police arrival and was transported to a hospital by Long Beach Fire Department paramedics. Her name and age were not disclosed.
Police said the suspect fled the scene on foot moments before officers responded to the location. Surveillance footage of the suspect was released by police in an effort to find the man.
